Benjamin began his legal career as a prosecutor in Maryland and later served in that same capacity with the Delaware Department of Justice. As a prosecutor, he handled thousands of cases involving serious criminal matters and appeared regularly in court throughout Delaware and Maryland. His work included the prosecution of domestic violence, child abuse, DUI, and related criminal matters, all of which provided him with substantial courtroom experience and a deep understanding of how cases develop from investigation through resolution. Prior to founding Forman Law LLC, he also practiced at a Delaware civil litigation firm where he focused on matters involving estates and trusts.

Today, Forman Law LLC focuses on estate planning and probate administration, and represents clients in select DUI matters requiring experienced advocacy, sound judgment, and a practical, client-focused approach. 

Conveniently located in Middletown, Forman Law LLC serves clients throughout Delaware and is available for select matters in Maryland. Benjamin is licensed to practice law in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania,* and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
